To configure email notifications for order statuses in Advanced Custom Order Status for

WooCommerce, follow these steps:

1. Navigate to Order Status Settings:

  • Go to WooCommerce > Settings > Order Statuses.

2. Access the Email Section:

  • In the Order Statuses settings, find and click on the Email section.

3. Configure Email Recipients:

  • Determine who should receive the email notifications. You can choose to send emails to the customer, the admin, or both. Use the appropriate settings to specify your choice.

4. Set Email Title and Subject:

  • Enter the Email Title. This is the title that will appear in the email header.
  • Enter the Email Subject. This is the subject line of the email.

5. Compose the Email Body: In the Email Body field, write the content of the email. This is the message that will be sent to the recipients. You can include dynamic placeholders for order details, customer information, and other relevant data. The available placeholders are:

  • {order_id}: The order ID.
  • {order_number}: The order number.
  • {order_date}: The date the order was placed.
  • {order_details}: The details of the order.
  • {site_title}: The title of your site.
  • {status_from}: The initial status of the order.
  • {status_to}: The new status of the order.
  • {first_name}: The first name of the customer.
  • {last_name}: The last name of the customer.

6. Define Order Status Transitions:

  • Specify the Order Status From which the email notification should be triggered.
  • Specify the Order Status To which the order should transition to trigger the email notification.

7. Save: Once you have configured all the settings, make sure to save your changes.
